Women Peace Security Conference featured speaker: “In addition to enduring international relationships, which are forged, and a greater understanding of the perspectives of cultures of other countries which has developed the Women Peace Security framework, leverages the power of our warfighters and our civilian service women’s perspectives which is critical to our effectiveness of our war fighting team.”
Walker said: “The role that identities and culture influences ideas behavior and the morality may present.”
In February 2025, Walker sent out an email to War College Staff. He referenced an “All Hands Call” and the feedback her received afterwards. He said “It is clear to me that all of the recent policy changes that have occurred in the past few weeks, many on our team are feeling the impact in different ways. That is understandable, given the variety of positions, roles, and perspectives we have here on campus.” He further claimed, “We will continue to treat each other with the dignity and respect each of us deserves as valued members of the NWC Team.”
