In response to a social media post about downsizing USAID, Sobchak called USAID funds being used for DEI: “administration and Elon propaganda.”

In response to a post regarding a day of mourning if President Trump died, Sobchak wrote that he wouldn’t be mourning and he has a great bottle of champagne waiting for that day.

Sobchack’s X account is filled with Trump Derangement type of posts:

He reposted in X a statement calling the White House and RNCC fascists.

He reposted in X a post claiming Trump winning was the worst day ever in American politics.

He posted “No More Kings” on X.

He reposted a comment claiming DEI purge is a waste of time.

Sobchak wrote an article providing instructions for military members on what-if scenarios if the President were to give unlawful orders. Suggesting that he thought Trump would issue unlawful orders. Sobchak parroted unsubstantiated claims by prior administration officials and CNN and he shared concerns over the administration firing top level woke military officers such as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and Chief of Naval Operations.
