- Misuse of public funds for diversity programming, gender ideology events, or political speakers
- Violations of the Hatch Act — political activity by military officers or civilian officials
- Documentation of ideologically-driven promotions or blocked careers based on political views
- Insider information about Pentagon policy decisions affecting military readiness
- Evidence of foreign influence or espionage within the defense establishment
