- 1 Donnelly served as commanding officer of the USS Ronald Reagan from April 2016-September 2018 and during his tenure, Yeoman 2nd Class Joshua Kelley performed as a drag queen under the name "Harpy Daniels" at events on the carrier sanctioned by the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation department.
