    • "Let's first agree that racism exists in this Air Force and if you doubt that you might want to think you may be contributing to the problem."
    • "We have to get comfortable with uncomfortable conversations about racism."
    • "We all have different ignorance about different things."
    • "We need to understand that there is a whole continuum within this conversation, whether its subtle racism, whether its unconscious bias, whether its systemic in the processes that we built within our institution or whether its outright racism. We all need to understand that and agree on those three things."
