- 1 According to a biography published by the DLA Troop Support, Lawrence was inducted into the "Hall of Fame" in part for being a "strong advocate for building the bench and workforce diversity. He pushed for targeted recruitment strategies that enabled troop support to meet and exceed Philadelphia Metropolitan Statistical Area participation metrics hiring employees of Hispanic, African American, and Asian ethnicities.
