- According to an article published by Design World, General Gant visited “MLK Academic Middle School in March 2022, in honor of Women’s History Month. Gant fielded questions from 7th grade students to help Break the Bias and promote equality and diversity in the growing minds of her audience.
- Received the “2020 Women of Color Career Achievement in Government Award”.
- Posted about her participation in the Black Engineers of The Year Award organization where she mentored a student participant – her post included the hashtags #Diversity and #Inclusion.
- A post she made in 2022, “What a great weekend celebrating diversity at the Great Minds in STEM and Women of Color STEM and Technology Conferences. Congratulations to all of our USACE and Army award recipients and the 2022 Technologist of the Year”.
