- At one point Rondeau focused on the topic of “unconscious bias”
- At the end of the forum Rondeau said, “I will also try to make the difficult conversations more normal.”
- Rondeau gave opening remarks at a women’s forum, “I am privileged as the president of this university to be here, because you are all dedicated to the diversity that will lead to innovation, and innovation is what will keep this country’s freedom and democracy safe,” said Rondeau.”
Rondeau said, “Climate security is a priority for the Department of the Navy and our nation,”
