- 1Made a divisive social media post claiming that military forces fail survivors of sexual and intimate partner violence because they do not hold Black and Brown people free from abuse, framing misogyny and racism as stemming from a "white, male root." The post was covered by Fox News.
- 2Sent an email to all USMMA midshipmen promoting a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office event specifically to support LGBTQ+ community members, on the basis that being marginalized makes it more difficult to report sexual violence.
- 3In 2020, posted a photo of a church blocked by police with the caption "This is my heaven," retweeted content calling the church the "great Satan," and publicly advocated for defunding the police — including specifically in Minnesota.
- 4Former Rep. (now Sen.) Jim Banks sent a letter in 2023 to then-USMMA Superintendent Joanna Nunan (since fired) demanding answers about Tripolskii's appointment and divisive public statements.
